How do I track my work hours?

Tap the clock button on the Home screen to start a session, tap it again to stop. The session is saved automatically. To enter hours after the fact, open Work Hours and tap the "+" button.

How do I edit or delete a work hour entry?

Open the Work Hours screen, tap any entry to edit its start time, end time, breaks, or notes. To delete, swipe the entry left and tap Delete.

How do I switch between jobs?

Tracker supports multiple job profiles — one for your employer, one for freelance, side jobs, etc. Each profile keeps its own hours, rate, and settings separate. Go to Settings → Job Profiles to create or switch profiles.

What is Tracker Pro?

Tracker Pro removes ads and unlocks advanced features (unlimited projects, advanced data management, priority support). You can choose Monthly, Yearly, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Family Sharing is supported on all three plans — one purchase covers up to five family members in your Family group.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us. On iOS: Settings app → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Tracker → Cancel. On Android: Play Store app → menu → Payments & subscriptions → Tracker → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open Settings → Tracker Pro → Restore Purchase. As long as you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy Tracker Pro, your entitlement will be restored.

Is my data backed up?

All Tracker data lives on your device by default. If you have iCloud Backup (iOS) or Auto Backup (Android) enabled, your Tracker data is included automatically. You can also enable optional Cloud Sync from Settings → Cloud Sync; sync data is end-to-end encrypted with a passphrase only you know.

How do I export my data?

Settings → Data Management → Export. You can export as JSON (full backup) or CSV (spreadsheet-friendly, per period). The exported file can be saved to Files, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or sent by email.

How do I delete my account / all my data?

Settings → Data Management → Erase All Data wipes everything on this device. If you used Cloud Sync, also open Settings → Cloud Sync → Erase cloud copy. Uninstalling the app removes all local data immediately.

Automatic clock-in / out by location isn't working

Make sure (1) Settings → Location Settings → Auto clock-in/out is enabled in Tracker, (2) you have added at least one work location with a reasonable geofence radius, and (3) iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Tracker is set to "Always" with Precise Location ON. iOS significantly delays geofence triggers on low battery or when battery saver is on.

My salary calculation looks wrong

Check Settings → Compensation for your job profile. Verify the hourly rate or monthly salary, your working days, overtime rule, and any deductions or bonuses. If the figure is still off after that, email us with a screenshot of the Salary screen and your Compensation settings.
