Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the app.

Description of Service

Tracker is a productivity application that helps you:

• Track work hours, breaks, and sessions
• Calculate earnings, overtime, and salary
• Manage multiple job profiles, projects, and clients
• Generate reports and export your data
• Optionally sync your data across devices using end-to-end encrypted cloud sync (Tracker Pro feature)

Account (Required)

Tracker requires a free account. You may create one with email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In, handled by Clerk.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

Subscriptions and Payments

Tracker Pro features are available through in-app purchases.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the relevant app store; we do not process refunds directly
• Pricing and features may change with prior notice; the current price is always shown before you confirm a purchase

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Tracker for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the app
• Share, sell, or sublicense your account credentials

Intellectual Property

• Tracker, its features, designs, and content are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law
• You retain full ownership of the data you create within the app
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its content
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to use any feedback or suggestions you send us
• Our trademarks may not be used without prior written permission

Privacy

Your use of Tracker is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we process and how. By using the app you also agree to that policy.

Disclaimers

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• Salary, tax, and overtime calculations are estimates only and depend on the data you enter; you are responsible for verifying critical financial calculations
• You are responsible for backing up your data; export options are available in Settings → Data Management

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim related to Tracker is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose
• We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party services (Clerk, Apple, Google, AdMob, RevenueCat, Cloudflare)

Termination

• You may stop using Tracker and delete your account at any time from the in-app profile screen
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Before termination, you can export your data from Settings → Data Management
• Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
